Website Development Pricing

Here is my basic pricing for designing and running a small business website:

$250 base fee includes professional web hosting and support, domain name registration/transfer, creation and linking of one personalized e-mail account, design and layout of up to three pages ($50 per additional page created), monthly personalized statistics showing web traffic and which pages are the most popular with visitors, optimization for mobile viewing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) so that you are easily located using Google, bing, yahoo, and other search engines, unlimited bandwidth so that your site can handle any amount of traffic, connecting of your social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, etc, 500mb of storage so that your photos and videos will always be displayed in hi-res, and quick turnaround of website (within 7 business days of receipt of deposit payment and content). 

$150 non-refundable deposit due at time of contract signing. 

Remaining payment due once client approves of initial website design. Once final payment received and cleared, domain name will be officially registered/transferred and site published live.

Client agrees to provide all text content and business-related graphics (such as logo, product photos, team photos, etc). Client agrees that all content they provide is owned by them and developer is not liable for any copyright infringement. Additional fee of $25 per page if developer is to create custom text. 

$25 per hour for site maintenance and updating of already created pages.

$50 to set up an e-commerce page for sale of up to 15 items (such as team gear, shirts, shoes, etc) and acceptance of PayPal.

I also offer Facebook business page development and content updates. $25 per social media account created. You can then maintain on your own or pay $50 per month for developer to maintain and update (unlimited updates including event pages). Facebook is an excellent marketing tool and provides you with the ability to reach your clients with same day updates and important info. Your Facebook page will also be linked directly to your website so that visitors to your site can view your Facebook feed.

Additional social media sites created per request for additional agreed upon fee.

All content you provide is owned by you. All content provided by me and layout design is copyright by me. I have the right and permission to use screen shots and links to website for my portfolio.
