Seriously though, Jean Grey and Scott Summers used to be my favorite super heroes in the Marvel Universe. But their characters have really taken a beating these last few years. Jean Grey has been made into some kind of saint and Scott has been reduced to a overzealous protestor. And now their younger selves are in the present day. Which just boggles my fucking mind. Like, if the younger selves now know all this stuff about the present, wouldn't the older selves already have had this knowledge?! Doesn't this mess up the timeline or something?! Why is Jean suddenly super powerful and being a total bitch?! Stop messing with my favorite characters!!!
